Where do I find my Paybill / Till number?
Log into your M-Pesa Business portal or the Safaricom Business app. The Business Short Code is your Paybill number. For Tills it's the Store Number, also known as the Till number.
What's the difference between Paybill and Till?
Paybill is used for bill payments — customers enter your Business Number plus their unique Account Reference (e.g. their order ID). Till (Buy Goods) is used for goods and services — customers just enter the Till number, no reference needed.
Can I add more than one account?
Yes. You can register as many Paybill and Till numbers as you need. Payments from all channels settle into a single wallet balance and appear in your transactions list.
