What you'll need

National ID or Passport
Front and back photos, clear and readable. Any government ID works.
Selfie with ID
Hold your ID next to your face so both are visible. Good lighting helps.
Personal details
Full legal name, date of birth, gender, physical address, and occupation.
File formats
JPG, PNG, or PDF. Each file up to 5 MB. Compress large photos first.

Common questions

How long does approval take?

Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex cases or ones with unclear photos can take up to 48 hours. You'll get a notification the moment the decision is made.

What if my KYC is rejected?

You'll see the rejection reason on this page. Fix the flagged issues — usually it's a blurry photo or a name typo — and click Resubmit KYC. There's no limit on retries.

Can I change my details after submitting?

Not while the review is in progress. If your KYC is rejected you can edit everything and resubmit. Once verified, contact support to make changes.

How is my data protected?

All files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to our compliance team and limited to review purposes only. We never share your documents with third parties.
